Here's what you should know about our refund policy:
1. Refund Conditions
On every deal you will have the option of receiving a full refund for your purchase if:
- The voucher was not redeemed
- You are within the 10 business day refund period. Refund period begins at time of deal expiry on SweetSave.com and continues for the next 10 business days. After that period, your right to request a refund has lapsed.
We recognize that there may be certain situations that are completely out of SweetSave's control. For example, a business may have closed down and you have not yet had an opportunity to use your voucher.
Our customers are our number one priority and if there is anything that happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we will gladly help you get your money back. While we reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis, our customers will usually receive a refund within 2-4 business days. This is our commitment to you and we guarantee it!
2. I want a refund! What do I do?
If you wish to receive a refund on an unused voucher and are within the refund period as defined in the terms & conditions, simply contact us by e-mail and we will gladly issue you a refund. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
3. I bought a SweetSave deal and I am not happy with what I got!
We try to give you only the best of everything. But we also realize that there may be the rare occasion where your experience may not meet your expectations. If there's ever a time you are left unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know what happened.
4. Is there a maximum number of refunds I can get?
We love all our customers and hope that this is not unrequited love. As such, if we find that a SweetSave customer is abusing our giving relationship and has requested a refund on 3 consecutive purchases, we reserve the right to investigate this behavior and may deem this user to be an abuser of our policies and as such, refuse to issue a refund and/or block that user from making future purchases through our web site.
